Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of the BUUK platform provided by 73 Blackridge Ltd. By using the service you agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

1. The service

BUUK is a security-operations platform for licensed venues and security companies — staff and SIA-licence management, event operations, incident logging, exclusion registers, and tamper-evident reporting.

2. Accounts & access

• You are responsible for the accuracy of account details and for safeguarding credentials.
• Field-app devices are paired using issued pairing codes; you are responsible for their use.
• You must not share access beyond your authorised users or exceed your plan’s limits.

3. Acceptable use

You must use the service lawfully and only for legitimate security operations. No unlawful, infringing, or harmful use, and no attempt to breach or probe the platform’s security.

4. Customer data & responsibilities

• You are the controller of the operational data you enter (staff, venues, incidents, exclusions) and are responsible for having a lawful basis — including for barred-patron records.
• You must keep SIA and staff records accurate and up to date.
• Our handling of that data is governed by the Data Processing Addendum.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Service-level commitments: [to be completed].

6. Fees & billing

7. Intellectual property

The platform and its content remain our property. You retain ownership of your data; you grant us the rights needed to operate the service.

8. Liability

9. Term & termination

Either party may terminate as set out in the order. On termination we return or delete your data per the Data Processing Addendum.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
